Redlees Studios is unique in developing a system of user-led management. Resident artists are required to actively develop themselves as artists and participate in the activities of the Studios as well as contribute to the arts in the borough.

Tasks for which resident artists may be responsible are: teaching, leading workshops, administration, invigilating and other professional skills or expertise the artists can contribute.
