    In person - bring your library card and the item (or a note of the item details) to the library

    By telephone - tell us your library card number or the barcode number(s) of the items you wish to renew

    Online - go to the online catalogue at www.hounslowlibraries.org Log on to Personal Information by entering your library card number and PIN
