Anyone can join the library for free.  All you need to do is complete an application form and provide proof of your name, address and signature.

If you are under 16 you will need to have your application form signed by a parent or guardian and provide proof of their signature.  Application forms are available in all our libraries and can also be downloaded. 

Acceptable forms of proof of name and address include your:

Driving licence
Medical card
Utility bill such as your gas, electric, water, telephone or council tax bill
Bank statement,
Pension or benefit book

Acceptable forms of proof of signature include:
Driving licence
Passport
Cheque guarantee card
Credit card
Security pass
