Walking: There are approximately 1.5 miles of paths around the park and three designated walking routes, varying in length:

Red route – 1.5miles (2.4km)

Blue Route – 1.1miles (1.8km)

Purple – 0.7miles (1.1km)

The gradient of the park is very flat and is accessible to a wheelchair user, with assistance..

Cycling: Cycling is allowed in this park

Sports: There are two football pitches and two rugby pitches in Hanworth Park.
